A Church without walls...
this was the vision Radiance Media Ministry began with; a few cassette recorders, blank tapes, a corner in the back of an eighty -year old church building and a vision of Christ's Body as a Church without walls.

Radiance Media Ministrywas established in 1972 because of a growing demand by Christians across America for the practical Bible teachings of Jim Durkin, leader of Gospel Outreach.
The Gospel Outreach ministry was founded on the principle that Christians are to practice the Word of God - to be doers of the Word and not hearers only. We've found that the principles of God's Word and the willingness to apply that Word will fully equip a person to carry out the will of God and to influence this world for Jesus Christ.
Our aim at Radiance is to help fellow Christians discover and practice the principles of God's Word that lead to fruitful spiritual living.
Most of the tapes in the Radiance catalog are messages given by JIm Durkin and men associated with him in the ministry of Gospel Outreach.
This is intentional. Instead of offering a general tape library we offered a complete course of study and training in the practical application of the action principles of God's Word. The concepts taught here are not just theories. All through the ministry of Gospel Outreach these principles have been tested and proven.
About eight years ago Jim Durkin began to work with a small group of young Christians in the northern California community of Eureka. In his earlier years Jim had experienced painfully difficult times as a minister. God finally showed him the way out of his troubles when He said, "Practice My Word."
As he worked with the young people in Eureka Jim taught them to practice God's Word. The result of that simple action principle, mixed with the faith of those who heard it, was a growing, vital outreach of the gospel today in fifteen United States cities, as well as several foreign countries.
Radiance has taken the vital messages and action principles that have produced this strong, growing ministry and now offers them to you through this unique tape lending library. As you discover the principles of God's Word and put them into practice you will find a fresh new excitement in your life as a follower of Jesus Christ." from Radiance Lending Library & Catalog
